This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs access to and use of MakersEngine, MakersVibe, affiliated APIs, software, integrations, websites, applications, downloads, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

– Disrupt or interfere with Platform operations;
– Circumvent security controls or restrictions.
- API & SYSTEM ABUSE
– Abuse API endpoints or rate limits;
– Scrape unauthorized data;
– Use excessive automated requests;
– Attempt denial-of-service attacks;
– Reverse engineer systems or APIs;
– Exploit vulnerabilities or security weaknesses.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY VIOLATIONS
– Upload infringing copyrighted material;
– Use trademarks without authorization;
– Misrepresent ownership of content;
– Distribute stolen or unauthorized media.
- FRAUDULENT OR DECEPTIVE CONDUCT
– Misrepresent products or services;
– Provide false business information;
– Manipulate reviews, metrics, or analytics;
– Impersonate individuals or businesses.
- SPAM & UNSOLICITED COMMUNICATIONS
– Send spam messages;
– Conduct mass unsolicited marketing;
– Abuse messaging systems;
– Generate artificial traffic or engagement.

- VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Vendors using the Platform are responsible for ensuring:
– Product legality;
– Accurate listings;
– Lawful product descriptions;
– Compliance with intellectual property laws;
– Proper rights to uploaded images, media, and branding.
Vendors may not upload counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal products.

- USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Users are solely responsible for content uploaded, imported, synced, generated, or distributed through the Platform.
We reserve the right to:
– Remove content;
– Disable listings;
– Restrict accounts;
– Investigate abuse;
– Cooperate with legal authorities.

- AUTOMATION & AI RESTRICTIONS

Users may not:
– Abuse AI-generated systems;
– Generate harmful or deceptive content;
– Use automation to overload systems;
– Attempt to manipulate algorithmic systems;
– Use automated scraping outside authorized APIs.

- SECURITY & ACCESS

Users must:
– Maintain secure passwords;
– Protect API credentials;
– Prevent unauthorized access;
– Report suspected breaches promptly.
Sharing credentials or intentionally compromising account security is prohibited.

API access is subject to:
– Monitoring;
– Request limitations;
– Usage throttling;
– Security enforcement.
Abusive API behavior may result in:
– Temporary restrictions;
– Permanent bans;
– Legal action;
– Financial liability for damages caused.

- PAYMENT & CHARGEBACK ABUSE

Users may not:
– Abuse payment systems;
– Conduct fraudulent chargebacks;
– Attempt payment manipulation;
– Evade subscription obligations.
Fraudulent payment disputes may result in:
– Immediate suspension;
– Collections activity;
– Legal enforcement.

- NO RESALE OR UNAUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTION

Users may not:
– Resell Platform access without authorization;
– Redistribute proprietary data;
– Mirror Platform systems;
– Republish protected content without permission.

MakersEngine and MakersVibe reserve the right to:

– Suspend or terminate accounts;

Enforcement actions may occur with or without notice.
