– Data synchronization timing;

– Response performance.

 

Scheduled maintenance, outages, upgrades, failures, or interruptions may occur at any time.

Use of the API Services does not guarantee:

– Vendor participation;

All API structures, systems, software, documentation, endpoints, and related technologies remain the property of MakersEngine and MakersVibe.

 

You may not:

– Copy proprietary systems;

– Replicate API architectures;

– Create competing systems using protected materials.

  1. API ABUSE & ENFORCEMENT

API abuse may result in:

– Immediate suspension;

– Permanent bans;

– Credential revocation;

– Legal action;

– Financial liability for damages caused.

 

Examples of abuse include:

– Excessive automated requests;

– Security attacks;

– Unauthorized scraping;

– Credential sharing;

– Attempts to bypass restrictions.

– Violations of these Terms;

– Third-party claims;

– Unauthorized data usage;

– API misuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakersEngine and MakersVibe shall not be liable for:

– Third-party platform failures.

 

Maximum liability shall not exceed amounts paid for API Services during the prior three (3) months.
